Tucked away in the peaceful countryside, this charming lakeside cottage in Louisiana marks the second project I had the pleasure of crafting for this family. My journey with the clients, from the first sketches to selecting custom upholstery and pieces, aimed for a fresh take on the classic Louisiana cottage vibe for their new family retreat. The home is built with traditional local materials—brick, hardwood floors, and aged wooden beams—laying the groundwork for a palette of warm, welcoming colors and textures that invite you in.
